Trusty is good at one thing: digging through the public information on a business — public customer reviews and other public information — and making the overall picture easier to understand. A read is Trusty's informational opinion based on that information. The green, yellow, and red flags show the level of caution Trusty's reading supports; they are not statements of fact, accusations, or guarantees.

What a Trusty read is not

It is not the final word. It is not professional advice. Trusty does not claim to be the arbiter of truth or all-knowing. Public information can be incomplete, outdated, manipulated, or wrong — and Trusty can be wrong too.

Always do your own research

Use the Trusty read to save time and ask better questions, then verify independently before you pay, sign, book, apply, or share sensitive information. The decision is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

If Trusty got something wrong
