How to reach Trusty

Email [email protected] with: the page URL, the exact statement you're flagging, what you believe is accurate, and any supporting public information (a link, a record, a document). The more specific you are, the faster Trusty can act.

What Trusty does

Trusty acknowledges complete requests within five business days and reviews whether the page still fairly reflects the public record. If something is inaccurate or out of date, Trusty corrects it; if a read should not stand, Trusty unpublishes it. A business is always welcome to add its side, and Trusty can note a response or a recent improvement.

Removal and deletion

For CCPA/GDPR deletion or other privacy requests, include enough detail for Trusty to find the relevant page, request, or correspondence — without posting anything sensitive publicly. Trusty verifies identity-sensitive requests before acting.
