How to reach us

What we'll do

We acknowledge complete requests within five business days. We review whether the page still fairly reflects the public record. If something is inaccurate or out of date, we correct it; if a read should not stand, we unpublish it. A business is always welcome to add its side, and we can note a response or a recent improvement.

Removal and deletion

For CCPA/GDPR deletion or other privacy requests, include enough detail for us to find the relevant page, request, or correspondence — without posting anything sensitive publicly. We verify identity-sensitive requests before acting.
