Trusty found a Hard Pass

A warning is only useful when you can trust it.

One angry review is not enough for a Hard Pass. Trusty matches the exact business, checks for repeated warnings, and adds relevant public records. Every call is dated, and every business can ask Trusty to take another look.

Anatomy of a Hard Pass

The checklist changes by business type, but the standard does not: match the exact subject, find a pattern that holds up, and show what the customer can do next.

1. The exact business

Name, location, domain, and business type have to line up before Trusty evaluates anything.

2. A repeated pattern

Trusty reads past the star average for recurring complaints, recent changes, and meaningful disagreement.

3. Relevant records

Licensing, domain, complaint, or government records are added when they apply to that lane.

Freshly audited examples

Named examples expire from promotion unless Trusty rechecks them. Businesses can also request a correction or provide new evidence.

Named examples are being rechecked. Trusty only promotes a business here after the exact identity, evidence, date, and public read pass a fresh review.

Three calls keep the warning honest.

Trusty doesn't call everything a Hard pass. Plenty of reads come back Good call or Slow down. That range is what makes a Hard pass useful.
